As we enter a second Ontario-wide shutdown, our showroom will be closed to walk-in traffic as we move our office staff to work from home.
We will be answering our phones in the showroom to support you, our suppliers, our partners, and our installation team. Our installers will continue to work on site for current/ongoing renovations and new builds, as mandated by the province of Ontario. Non-essential service work and in-home consultations will be paused for 28 days. For any affected clients, we will contact you directly to let you know of our plans - just give us a few days to reorganize, but rest assured we are thinking of you.
For new and existing clients we will continue to meet/discuss/plan your kitchens virtually. The showroom will be open by appointment only, and only for clients whose projects fall within criteria set by the emergency order. We do ask that all visitors to our showroom complete a COVID screen before their arrival. Curbside pick up (and drop off) of samples can also be arranged as required - please contact you designer directly to coordinate.
We’ve been here before and we’ve gotten really good at pivoting on the dime. Our priority right now as Ontarians is to protect our healthcare workers and each other. We remain hopeful that our efforts today will have a positive impact.
