My husband and I recently built our dream home and having dealt with numerous tradesman and suppliers we can say with certainty that PK is among the best.
To make a long story short, here’s some of what we liked best:
1. Consultative process. Aileen and team truly listen. We had a vision, but it took some work to bring it to life. Aileen and Mike worked through multiple iterations, 3D renderings and showroom consultations to ensure it was perfect.
2. Trusted source of knowledge. They ask questions – lots of them. Having us ‘move’ into the room early in the process is an eye opener! They understand how people use (or should use) their space.
3. Beautiful products. Can’t say enough about Miralis cabinets. Made in Canada, innovative materials, great quality and style at various budgets.
4. Details, details, details. Critical for a well laid out and functioning space – bulkheads, plumbing, electrical outlets and hardware. So many things could have gone wrong if not well planned!
5. 1st class installation. Darrell and their team of carpenters far exceeded our expectations with their attention to detail and professionalism. They even saved our marriage when my husband instructed them to drill into the cabinets in the wrong place. With an emergency call and quick dispatch the holes were seamlessly fixed.
6. Pride in design and craftsmanship. Aileen, Mike and the entire team take pride in their work. They are thoughtful and build their knowledge from every job.
We are so proud of our home and know that the Paragon team was instrumental in bringing our vision to life. Highly recommend!

"Wes and I wanted to let you and Aileen know how much we love our new kitchen. You really did give us our dream kitchen ... and more. It's beautiful and functional (we have drawers!) and the heart of our home. I don't think we ever sat at our last island as a family in the 15 years we had it and now it's a regular thing for us to have a meal there as a family. I also sit there regularly with my laptop to do work and the kids do their homework there. As you designed our kitchen, you imagined how we would live and work in it - more than we did.

"In the fall of 2015 we bought a stone cottage, something we had always wanted to live in, and with it inherited a very tired, deary and small space someone called a kitchen. We called Paragon and it wasn't too long into our first meeting that we knew we had chosen the best of the best to redesign and renovated it. Their computer generated designs, sense of style and patience, was one small aspect of their professional team...but also their contractors, their promptness and quality of workmanship, the coordination of the plumber, and electrician's. All I had to do is open the door every morning and before I knew it, the kitchen was done, on time and with no delay's...we had our stunning kitchen for Christmas.

"It is often so hard to say things, whether good or bad, about work that was performed in your residence to hopefully give you a better life. Well, I don't know where to start when it comes to saying how ecstatic Tammy and I are on the final result of our new kitchen.
From the moment we walked into the showroom of Paragon Kitchens and Aileen greeted us, unannounced we were coming, she totally made us feel comfortable. At this time she was not aware of what we were looking for or anything about us. Talking openly she soon learnt we were looking for a custom kitchen, country style with modern touches in a rural home and something a little different. Her husband, Mike, was soon brought into the discussion, and our minds were soon made up to who was doing our transformation. Their care and consideration of our desires was greatly appreciated, it is to be our kitchen. I cannot believe the time they took, as well as everyone else in their office, to help with the decisions. Many times we had Mike, Aileen, Mary, Doug, Taryn, David or Kerri given us their thoughts. Being raised and living in a family business it was truly amazing to see the Brown family and its employees working so well together.
The design stage was completed, then came the time to see the roots of this plan rise to create our dream kitchen. Major reno work was to be completed before the kitchen install itself, so more headaches and stress to follow. Due to our comfort level with Paragon we agreed to use their contractors that they had used for many years. This again was an excellent decision on our part. Everyone was very personal and obliging to our needs and concerns. Bruce Wyse had all the work schedule organized so time was not lost. Everybody worked great together, whether it was the drywallers, plumbers, electrician, flooring crew from Bigelow Flooring or insulators. We were so happy with these contractors that they are now performing a reno job at my son's house. Our worry of stress and headaches never came to fruition.
The excitement was now pumping, as the kitchen cupboards and installers have arrived. All the efforts that went into preparing for this time were now to be shown to us. All the Paragon installers, mainly Darrell and Steve, were tremendous. Darrell's meticulous art to detail was better than I have ever seen. It was easy to see he truly loved doing it.
During this whole process, everyone at Paragon was always available and obliging to any questions or concerns that developed. Our many phone calls were addressed immediately with complete satisfaction.
Tammy and I are truly happy with the completed project. We will totally recommend Paragon Kitchens or any of their contractors to anyone."
"We had been planning to renovate our kitchen for 2 years and everyone we knew who visited offered a different opinion on what we should do. Our kitchen has 5 doorways, and posed a unique set of problems. We were fortunate enough to meet Mike and Aileen, who came to the house and within a week, we had our first plans. Over the course of the next few weeks, we met several times, both at our house and their showroom. At all of our meetings, they were very open to any suggestions we had and were innovative in coming up with ideas that solved several problems we had been grappling with for years. The final design made great use of our existing space, was within our budget and we were excited to begin the project!
Once underway, Mike and Aileen were in constant contact with us to ensure everything was going smoothly, and answer any questions we had. The installers were fantastic, paying attention to detail and a pleasure to have working with us. The workmanship was outstanding, and the cabinets, hardware and accessories were top-notch. Mike and Aileen were with us every step of the way, and the finished product was truly a work of art. We could not have been happier.
We were very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of both Mike and Aileen. No detail was overlooked and every question we had was answered. It was a pleasure working with them and when friends come over to have a look, the first reaction is always "wow!". We couldn't say it better!"

“Paragon Kitchens recently designed and installed our dream kitchen. Mary and her team were a pleasure to work with. I was able to pick all the details such as the cabinets, colours, handles, quartz countertop etc. The kitchen is breathtaking and has the "Wow" factor. Warm and elegant with a French country feel, it is the focal point of our home. Gorgeous Miralis cabinets with a gold-flecked quartz countertop and island make entertaining fun and functional. The pantry, island pull outs and "magic drawer" provide all the storage we could ever want. The built in desk gives us a place for our laptop while the 2-bin pull out garbage drawer organizes our wet and dry waste. The construction was on schedule and within budget which is a must for busy professionals such as my husband and I.
